The quote tool

The quotation form requests your gender, birth date, self-described health status, tobacco use, target coverage amount, and desired term. This information is provided to the carriers' quoting service to calculate rates and is not retained by this website. No personal name, location, phone, or email address is requested for quotations. Requests that are identical may come from a brief cache to avoid redundant service calls.

Applying

If you choose to apply, your answers fill a secure application run by the carriers' platform under their privacy statement. Susman Insurance Agency, a licensed California insurance firm (License 0B75129), manages applications.

The contact form

Our contact form collects your name, email, an optional phone, your contact preference, a subject line, and your message content. Electronic mail carries your submission to the agency, and your email becomes the reply address. This website stores no message, maintains no database, and logs no message details. A rapid anti-spam check runs in your web browser before transmitting.

Measurement

This site measures page activity using first-party, cookieless data collected from the same domain. Cookies and local identifiers are not stored; the last two octets of your IP are anonymized before storage; request strings on entry pages are stripped out; raw data is removed after 90 days. Users sending Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control signals are not measured.

What we do not do

We decline to trade or reveal personal details, run marketing trackers, or incorporate external analytics. The sole third-party code appears on the application page only if you visit it, and it runs the carriers' application infrastructure.
